Our Pathways
Micro-Investment Cohert
Salt and Light seeks to empower, support, and train 3-8 underserved entrepreneurs by providing them access to a micro-investment, relational coaching, and business development courses. The intent is to have a group of entrepreneurs learning from each other and sharing in each others’ success while empathizing with each others’ challenges.
Coaching Investor
Salt and Light seeks to support, encourage, and empower entrepreneurs in long-term support and guidance. This is easily done with coaching sessions designed to learn, listen, support, and advise on strategic business decisions and development. This pathway allows for two hours per week of coaching using the expertise of Salt and Light, its curriculum, and its relational model to equip entrepreneurs to build a more sustainable business.
Inside Investor
Salt and Light believes that many entrepreneurs need partners to assist with the development of their business and vision. The Inside Investor pathway allows for Salt and Light to work alongside the entrepreneur up to 10 hours per week, but most commonly 5 hours per week. This pathway is designed for Salt and Light to spend more time learning the inner workings of the business and assisting in the development and connection to greater resources for sustained success.
Expansion Investor
Salt and Light understands that some entrepreneurs have been operating their business for several years, but begin to struggle to break through to long-term success. In the Expansion Investor pathway, Salt and Light will work deeply with the entrepreneur up to 20 hours per week to build, expand, or redesign the organization.
